Description:
General description
Try several Toyopearl anion exchange resins to determine which one works best for your particular application.
Kit contains 100 mL of each resin:
• Toyopearl DEAE-650M (40-90 μm, weak anion)
• Toyopearl QAE-550C (50-150 μm, strong anion)
• Toyopearl SuperQ-650M (40-90 μm, strong anion)
Exclusion limits for globular proteins:
QAE-550C: 700 kD
DEAE-650M SuperQ-650M: 5,000 kD
Physical form
Shipped in 20% (v/v) ethanol.
