Synonyms
Cellular oncogene fos; FOS; G0/G1 switch regulatory protein 7; G0S7; Proto-oncogene protein c-fos
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Fos around the phosphorylation site of Ser362.
Immunogen Range
331-380

WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:1000
Specificity
Fos (Phospho-Ser362) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Fos only when phosphorylated at Ser362.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
