Synonyms
Docking protein 2; Dok-R; Dok-related protein; DOK2; DokR; downstream of tyrosine kinase 2; FRIP; IL-4 receptor interacting protein; p56(dok-2)
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human p56 Dok-2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr299.
Immunogen Range
266-315
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:20000
Specificity
p56 Dok-2 (Phospho-Tyr299) Antibody detects endogenous levels of p56 Dok-2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr299.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
