| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry: suggested starting dilution 1:10-1:50. Not suggested for use on paraffin embedded tissue sections.
Immunocytochemistry: suggested starting dilution 1:10-1:50. For staining of living cells it is recommended that the antisera be heat inactived prior to using to remove complement. Staining of living cells prior to fixation will show a typical "patching" appearance. Cells fixed prior to staining will have a more solid, "smooth" appearance.

The diluent of choice is DMEM but other buffers may be used.

The recommended fixative is 4% paraformaldehyde.

 ELISA: suggested starting dilution 1:50-1:100.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
