ApplicationNotes	IdentificationofCD34positivecellsisimportantforthediagnosisandclassificationofacutemyeloidleukemia(AML).Itisespeciallyusefulinpatientswithpoorlydifferentiatedmyeloblasts,aswellasinmyeloblasticcrisesofchronicgranulocyticleukemia.Ithasbeenrecommendedthatthisantibodybeusedaspartofapanelforscreeningofleukemia(Batinicetal.,1989). SUGGESTEDUSAGEDILUTION 1.Flowcytometryandindirectimmunofluorescence1:25 Dilutewithisotonicbuffer.Use50μlofdilutedantibodyper1x10E6peripheralbloodmononuclearcells(PBMC)orbonemarrowcellsin100μlofbuffer. 2.Indirectimmunoperoxidasestaining-thefinaldilutionwilldependontheassayconditionsanddetectionsystememployed.However,adilutionofatleast1:25willbeapplicabletomostcommonlyusedsystems.
