Preparation Note
Sample preparation
This sample is provided as a 2mL ampule and a vial containing activated charcoal.??
1) Place 100 mg of the supplied activated carbon into an appropriate extraction vial.
2) From the supplied ampule and using an air-tight syringe, add 100μL to the activated carbon in the vial.
3) Add 1mL of carbon disulfide to the vial and cap.
4) Allow to stand for 30 minutes with occasional agitation.
5) Sample is ready for analysis.
6) Report your value as μg/vial (μg in the 100μL injection).
