General description

SpheriCal^™ is a dendrimer-based MALDI calibration kit providing 4 monodisperse peaks per kit for efficient, highly accurate calibration. By combining excellent long-term stability with evenly-spaced calibration points, SpheriCal^™ helps to increase the frequency and quality of MALDI-MS calibrations. With a shelf life of years and each kit offering at least 25 calibrations, SpheriCal^™ offers a reliable and accurate calibration across a large range.

i. SpheriCal^™ Neat Peptide Low (m/z 500 - 1,600)
ii. SpheriCal^™ Neat Peptide Medium (m/z 1,600 - 3,500)
iii. SpheriCal^™ Neat Peptide High (m/z 3,500 - 7,500)
iv. SpheriCal^™ Neat Protein Low (m/z 7,500 - 15,000)
v. SpheriCal^™ Neat Protein Medium (m/z 15,000 - 30,000).

SpheriCal^™ Neat is provided without any matrix or added cation and, because the SpheriCal^™ calibrants exhibit unusually broad matrix compatibility, this product can be used with a wide range of sample preparation conditions, though ionization is preferred with alkali cations. The freedom of this product line will enable to explore customized calibration protocols for optimization purposes.
SpheriCal^™ Neat is shipped in vials containing 50 μg standard and is sufficient for at least 25 calibrations.
